I wrote about what led me to having
postpartum depression and how I’m coping with it here:
I just wanted to let everyone know that
you will get through it. Soon I will be doing a post about what vitamins I take
since I decided not to take anti-depressants.
Having a new baby can be hard! But it gets
better. I promise.
Also there is a group on Facebook dedicated to postpartum depression. You may join by clicking here. There are tons of moms here who are always willing to offer support and you may find a lot of resources too. I joined this group when I had no one else to talk to.
It is also a closed group so everything stays private.
